Full House Refurbishment, Extension & Garden Renovation

A larger family home, refurbished inside and out in 12 weeks

We began working with the clients when they bought the property. They wanted more space and a layout that suited everyday family life. Together, we worked through plans to extend the house, rethink how the rooms connected and refurbish every room. The project also gave us the opportunity to rethink the garden alongside the house.

The Brief

Extend the house and rework the internal layout around the family’s needs.
Refurbish every room and carry out all the internal joinery.
Replace every window and respray the existing front door.
Reconfigure the garden and lay a new lawn.

Our Approach

Andy and the Stagbrook team managed the project from the early plans through to the final finishes. We coordinated the extension and structural alterations with the window replacements, internal refurbishment and garden works. With several trades working across the property, we sequenced the work so each area was ready for the next stage and completed the build in 12 weeks.

Craftsmanship & Detail

Our team carried out all the internal joinery, paying particular attention to how the new work met the existing parts of the house. Outside, we replaced every window and gave the original front door a fresh finish in our spraying workshop. We also reconfigured the garden layout and laid a new lawn, giving the family a usable outdoor space from the day they moved in.

The Result

The work increased the property’s value and gave the new owners a larger home that suits the way their family lives. The rooms work better together, every room has been refurbished and the garden gives them more space to enjoy outdoors.
